Made out of fibreglass it is strong and suitable for In-store use and outside installation in any weather condition, come rain or sunshine.

The Reverse Osmosis Membrane
Manufactured by R.O. Ultratec, this 4" x 21" large TFC membrane has a superior performance
with a purification degree of up to 99% and a production capacity of 1800 Gallons per day (6800ltrs)
Pressure booster pump
1/3 Hp GE motor and Flowmatic pump, to provide high pressure for better quality water,
higher rejection rates and better ratios of product water to drain water ( adjustable to 3:1)
Membrane Flush
A side effect that can cause lots of problems is the clogging up of the Reverse Osmosis Membrane over short periods of time and as the source water can be sitting in the membrane for a period of time, "dirty" water may creep through the membranes holes, thus polluting the "pure" water in the storage tank. Our automatic membrane flush prevents these occurences, ensures a trouble free operation of the membrane and prevents TDS creep.
Ultra-Violet Light
Our machine has been designed with safety and higher then required standards in mind. Although the flow-rate for vending is at a fast-fill 3 Gallons per minute rate, we have chosen a stronger UV-desinfection unit, rated at 5 gallons per minute, thus insuring best possible results.
Electronic Coin Mechanism
Our coinmechanism has been designed for total versatility and suitability. It is unique, as it can accept any coin in any country, up to 12 different coins can be programmed , so in countries like the Bahamas, where the Bahamian Dollar and the US Dollar circulate side by side, both currencies can be programmed. And if your coins are near worthless, like in Indonesia, punch out your own metal tokens and sell them through the shops. If you want to promote your machines, give away tokens for free attached to a leaflet and distribute these to the households in the surrounding areas.
4 Vending Buttons
Another unique feature of our machines are our four vending buttons. They are illuminated and each vending button can be set
to a different vending quantity and also to a different price. E.g.
Button No. 1 can be set to vend 500ml of cold water at US $0.25
Button No. 2 can be set to vend 500 ml of iced tea at US $1.00
Button No. 3 can vend 4 litres of cold water at US $0.50
Button No. 4 can vend 15 litres of room temperature water at US $1.50
Electronic Vendmeter
When it comes to cash business, it is sometimes difficult to keep proper control of the takings or your employees. The build-in electronic
non-resettable vendmeter, tells you exactly of how much money the machine has taken.It is tamperproof and the shopowner, who gets his
percentage of the takings,will thank you for being able to provide proof of actual takings.
Electronic Control Board
Our own design and copyrighted microprocessor control-board and its software, controls and checks continuously all the functions of your machine. It is the heart and soul of your machine. It automises all the different operations of the water purification process, the vending process, the controls, the cooling, the choice of mixers and thedrain.
Drain Pump
Your machine comes equipped with a Shurflo Drain Pump, which will automatically activate, when drain water is detected in your sump area. It can pump any drain water or leakage water up to the next drainpipe outlet, with a strong pressure of 45 PSI all the way to the roof pipe. Vending Pump: Our Shurflo vending pump is operating on a special system, which provides highly accurate vending quanitities with tolerances of less then 1 - 2%.
Ultra-Violet Hot Flush System
The ultra violet light heats up the water, during the sterilisation process. If the machine has not vended for a period of time, the water, which is in the UV chamber, becomes quite hot. Therefore we have incorporated a system, which flushes the UV-heated water at certain intervals.
Minerals or syrups added
Our unique concentrate mixer pump adding system makes our machines especially attractive to customers, who want to enjoy the health benefits of added minerals. Minerals are greatly favoured in Europe.
Anyone for Iced Tea? or Cordials? Concentrate and water are dispensed simultanously in exact doses during the vending process.
Cold Water
We are very proud of this achievement, to introduce the first real cold water vending machine. Our cooling process is copyright and subject to protection. It is also a price breakthrough for continuous cooling technology. Non-disclosure agreements will be required.
